If an item purchased from us is physically damaged upon receipt or deemed faulty please return it to us at the address below with full details including your original despatch note number (for tracking purposes) and we will consider an exchange. We do not normally make cash refunds. This does not effect your Statutory rights.
Items sold from this website cannot be returned for a refund simply on the basis that you do not like them. Please therefore ensure that your selections in your shopping cart are correct before proceeding to the checkout facility.
